I started out doing this 17 days ago.. I lost 11 pounds first 5 days, 14 pounds my 9th day and now 21 pounds in 16 days.. I was doing really good and then I started having 2 gutter coffees every morning, basically because I bought a French press and. That is just part of my addiction to food.. I have been an insomniac this last week. It is nice to have a place where I can let all of this out. I was already use to about calories a day medifast is a keto diet and not eating much so I was freaking out when I was eating most of what was on the daily menu and gaining weight.
